Our Approach Our approach in organizations includes interviewing the leadership team in a safe, friendly and confidential manner, listening to each individual’s perception of what is working and what needs improvement. With this overview we educate and train individuals and teams, so everyone is empowered by the information. We then co-create “Team Agreements” that each team member aligns with and we facilitate any communications necessary for beneficial change
Simultaneously, we evaluate the organization’s systems and recommend changes and improvements to make the systems easier and more effective, minimizing waste. Knowing that reducing waste* is one of the most effective ways to increase profit, we support, educate and train the organization in eliminating waste.
*(Note: 1.1% reduction in waste increases net profit equivalent to a 10% increase in sales) Leadership We also know that in order for our program to fulfill its promise, we must have the full willingness and participation of an organization’s leadership. Integrating Awakening Excellence at the topmost level is essential to creating organization-wide innovation. We there-fore begin the process by meeting with the top leadership of the organization. These leaders receive information, education and experiences allowing them to stand behind and model the awakened values, strategies and directions of the organization.
Communication The Awakening Excellence Training is fun, refreshing, and enlightening. It can at moments also be challenging, only because some disturbances and possible issues are already there hidden and un-addressed. Most often these issues are undermining the strength of the company and cooperation of its teams. Education and guidance on how make these communications easy and successful turn needed “uncomfortable” communications into sources of success, accomplishment and break-through for everyone involved. .
